Terms of Service

At Zita Skin Clinic, your safety and satisfaction are our top priority. We are committed to providing a professional, safe, and seamless experience tailored to your individual needs. Our policies and guidelines are designed to protect both our clients and practitioners, ensuring every visit is smooth, stress-free, and delivers the best possible results. Please take a moment to read through our treatment terms and conditions before booking.

Booking Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled through our website or directly with the clinic. Due to high demand, we recommend booking in advance, especially if scheduling multiple sessions.

A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This fee is deducted from your remaining balance, which must be paid in full on the day of your treatment. Deposit are non-refundable (please see our Cancellation Policy).

Payments

We accept exact cash, bank transfer, debit/ credit card and contactless payment.

Cancellations, Refunds, No-Shows & Rescheduling

  • A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are strictly non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation or no-show.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Failure to provide at least 72 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full treatment experience. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment to avoid impacting other clients.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your booking fee/deposit will be forfeited.

A new booking fee will be required to secure another appointment.

Consultations & Patch Testing

  • A mandatory consultation is required before any Botox® treatment.

  • A patch test is required before all filler dissolving procedures to ensure safety.

Mandatory Forms & Photography

  • A consultation is included in your booking at no extra charge.

  • Consent forms must be completed prior to all treatments.

  • Medical history forms only need to be completed once at registration but must be kept up to date.

  • Photography and/or video may be taken before, during or after treatments for medical documentation, insurance and audit purposes.

  • Clients may request not to be identifiable in any photographs used for training or marketing purposes.

Right to Refuse Service

Zita Skin Clinic reserves the right to refuse service to any client who:

  • Fails to adhere to our booking or payment policies

  • Is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for treatment following consultation

  • Displays inappropriate, aggressive or disrespectful behaviour towards staff or other clients

The safety and wellbeing of both our clients and practitioners are our highest priority
